Shipping Policy

  1. What are the delivery/shipping charges? 

Deliveries of the Products in India are all in-inclusive of delivery/ shipping charges and no extra is charged from you. However, in deliveries outside India delivery/ shipping charges varies as per the weight, volume, order value and place of delivery.

  1. Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days? 

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

  1. What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally dispatch the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery/shipping time depends on the following factors:

  • Product's availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to.                                                 
  1. Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Labtiger?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Labtiger. List prices are final and all-inclusive (only for deliveries in India) until unless specified by us on the product page or through personal communication. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay in all likeliness.

Delivery charges are charged extra for delivery outside India..

  1. Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each Product?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times of the Products you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination (Indian or outside India) and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

  1. Labtiger does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the Product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:

  • Whether we ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At times we prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at our discretion.

  1. I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Return is available only on certain conditions as specified in Return & Replacement Policy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible Labtiger will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Labtiger, you can return the item through an approved third-party courier service, duly packed along with original invoice. The Return fee is borne by us in case of any manufacturing defect in the Product.

  1. What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

'In Stock'

For items listed as "In Stock", we will mention the delivery time based on your location. For other areas, orders will be sent by an approved courier service.

'Available'

We might not have the item in stock but can manufacture it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated manufacturing time and the estimated shipping time to your location in India or outside India.
 
'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.


'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

  1. Does Labtiger deliver internationally?

                                     
Yes, Labtiger delivers Products internationally.

You will be able to place your order on our website from anywhere in the world using Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or cash against documents (CAD) (100% advance payment) if you are ordering from location outside of India. Whereas, for domestic orders, Labtiger  accepts only cheque, demand draft (DoD), RTGS or NEFT for which Unique Trasaction Reference (UTR) numbers will have to be shared with us before the item is dispatched.
