RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. What are the conditions for returning or replacing of an item purchased on Labtiger? 

Returns

Products purchased from our website can be returned only in case of a manufacturing defect (as defined in para 10.2 of the Terms and Conditions) within 10 days of the receipt of such Product by you. Please note that Return Policy is not applicable in case of return of Products delivered outside India i.e. products delivered outside India cannot be returned in any event.

Replacement

Products purchased from our website can be replaced within 10 days of the receipt of such Product by you. Replacement Policy is not applicable to deliveries outside India i.e. products delivered outside India cannot be replaced in any event.

However, it is to be noted that the following products shall not be eligible for Replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of Product;
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of Product;
  • Products with tampered or missing serial;
  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Any Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;  and/or
  • Any Product which has been installed except in case of manufacturing defect in such Product.

Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

  1. How do I return or replace an item purchased on Labtiger?

Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item with a manufacturing defect within 10 days of the receipt of such Product. You may also conveniently do this on the Labtiger Website within 10 days of the date of delivery of the Product to you.

Kindly send us written request at refunds@labtiger.com and our concern team will contact you and help you for further process.
2. 'Item to be Returned' is picked up

The item you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep or you may send the Products safely re-packed, using an approved courier service. 

3. Replacement/Refund Initiated

Once we receive the originally delivered Product, refund process shall be initiated. In order to obtain a full refund, you must send the original invoice sent along with the Product. In case the original invoice is not returned, All Taxex shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Important:

Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

Hassle-free Returns:

  • We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience.
  • Replacement pickups are done at your cost.
  • Should there be a manufacturing defect in the Labtiger product as defined in the terms and conditions available at https://www.labtiger.com/terms-condition/, Labtiger will bear the cost of replacement/return inclusive of the shipping/delivery charges. However, the replacement/pick up should either be facilitated by you or by Labtiger, whilst retaining a service charge if the location of the Labtiger product is not easily accessible. 
  • We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns.
  • We ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner. However, the shipping/delivery charges shall be borne by you.
  • In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other approved courier service.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same after deducting the shipping/delivery charges.

 

Exceptions:

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • We assure you that all products sold on Labtiger are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our friendly Returns policy has got you covered. Please note that we do not entertain any international returns requests.

 

  1. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

  1. Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity. In such cases, the original invoice of the Product shall be required to be returned to us by you.  We shall issue a new invoice on the delivery of the replaced Products. In case the original invoice is not returned with the Product, then Taxes shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

  1. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement.

In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received.

If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

  1. I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. 

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

  1. What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?

Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

  • We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. Its simple. Please follow the instructions you received by email.
  • In case we can't pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to the us by an approved courier service along with the packaging material as received by the customer and the original invoice issued by Labtiger for such Product. The shipping/delivery charges shall be borne by you.
  • Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the Product. Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit.
  • Mention the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
  • Please mention our address as specified in the email notification sent to you.
  • send the original invoice with the Product and also note down the courier tracking ID for any future reference.

Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as we receives the Product from you.

  1. I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

 Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. The replacement is already dispatched only upon receipt of the rejected items at our end.
